Determining Series Code

The below box inclusions can be identified by the series code.
0= Standard Kit
4= 400 Series Kit (Includes Concentric Slave Cylinder)
5= 500 Series Kit (Includes Flywheel)
6= 600 Series Kit (Includes Flywheel & CSC)

Clutch Kit Contents

ClutchPro clutch kits are designed to offer a complete solution. Whether you need a standard pressure plate and friction disc or a complete kit with flywheel, hydraulics and bolts, ClutchPro has your clutch needs covered. Below are some examples of what you can find in our kits, however for detailed examples, please visit the kit details on our catalogue and always make sure to check the specific inclusions in each kit as each vehicle may have different requirements.

Pressure Plate

ClutchPro pressure plates are designed to meet OE quality standards and have been designed as direct fit replacements.

Friction Disc

All ClutchPro clutch kits come with an organic friction disc with various hub types depending on application.

Flywheel

ClutchPro offer both single mass and dual mass flywheels as well as conversion kits for specific applications to convert a factory dual mass to a single mass.

Included in: 500 and 600 Series Kits

Concentric Slave Cylinder

A common component on modern vehicles, ClutchPro offer a extensive range of concentric slave cylinders and include these in all 400 and 600 series clutch kits.

Release Bearing

Included in all ClutchPro clutch kits that do not include a Concentric Slave Cylinder, ClutchPro release bearings (also known as thrust bearings) are high quality direct fit replacements designed to provide optimal performance.

Bolts

ClutchPro offer both flywheel and pressure plate bolts both individually and as part of specific kits (where required)

Alignment Tool

A clutch alignment tool makes installing a clutch kit much easier by aligning the friction disc spline and spigot bearing/bush to allow easy installation of the transmission. These alignment tools are included in all ClutchPro Plus kits (Where required)

Spigot Bearing

A critical and yet often overlooked component in a clutch system is the spigot bearing/bush (also known as a pilot bearing/bush). These components should be replaced with every clutch replacement as they support the input shaft. These are included in all ClutchPro Plus kits (where required)

Spline Grease

ACS high temperature spline grease is supplied in all kits to assist the installer with a quick and efficient installation. Spline grease must be applied to the input shaft, fork, pivot ball and some vehicle specific locations prior to clutch fitment. Please see our technical support videos for more information.
